Dear North Yorkshire County Council,

Could you please supply me with a list of road repair/resurfacing works locations within the borough of Scarborough between 1st March 2018 to 2nd May 2018 and also a breakdown of costs for the above repairs.

Could you also supply:

A copy of the Risk Assessment for the two NYCC Highways Department staff who repaired the deep pothole on Dean Road, Scarborough on 1st May 2018 at 9:04am.

Current regulations in regards to Health & Safety for staff working on a Public Highway.

Chapter 8 Regulations for temporary closure of one lane of traffic due to road works.

Further to your recent for information I can provide you with the
following information.

 

o Could you please supply me with a list of road repair/resurfacing
works locations within the borough of Scarborough between 1st March
2018 to 2nd May 2018 and also a breakdown of costs for the above

Please find attached information for the period requested for completed
works. These are the works that have final costs attached to them.

 

Could you also supply:

 

o A copy of the Risk Assessment for the two NYCC Highways Department
staff who repaired the deep pothole on Dean Road, Scarborough on 1st
May 2018 at 9:04am.

 

Please find attached a copy of the relevant risk assessment document that
applied to officers carrying out Inspection/minor works from a
conspicuously coloured vehicle. This document was due for review in March
2018 but currently this document still applies.

 

o Current regulations in regards to Health & Safety for staff working on
