Highway Status of Wood Lane

Edward Callow made this Freedom of Information request to North Somerset Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear North Somerset Council,

Are you able to tell me the status of Wood Lane (Clapton-in-Gordano)
Is it privately owned?
Do the public have a right of vehicular access? If so to what
extent - the whole of the lane or part of it?
Is it "adopted" by the local authority?
Does the local authority provide services along it (i.e refuse
collection / signage)?
Are the local authority responsible for maintaining it?
Does the local authority maintain the made up tarmac section?

Yours faithfully,

Edward Callow

North Somerset Council
