I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. I can confirm that the Council does hold this
information, as detailed below.
Please provide all documentation regarding the proposed alterations to
Marine Walk highway/road which is planned to commence on Tuesday 2nd May
2016.

11^th February 2015 Cabinet approved Capital Funding for works at Roker,
including “remedial works to tackle traffic management issues”.

15^th April 2015 Cabinet approved the seafront regeneration programme

The start of works was delayed to allow all interested parties to be
notified before works commenced.
