I am writing further to your email of 14 July 2017 where you requested the

1- Premises that are high-rise Industrial / Commercial or residential with
FF lifts
Number of pumping appliances - 3
Number of aerial appliances - 1
2 - Those residential that do not have FF lifts
Number of pumping appliances - 5
Number of aerial appliances - 1
You have the right of appeal against the decision. If you wish to appeal
please set out in writing your grounds of appeal and send to the Head of

Appeals or reviews should be made within 40 working days of our response
to your request being issued. Any appeals or requests for review received
outside of the 40 working days will be refused. Please note this is in
line with the Information Commissioner’s own working practices.
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for a decision.
Generally, The ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
complaints procedure provided by Cleveland Fire Authority. The ICO can be
