Thank you for your enquiry, I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you
- please see our response below - all data relates to current academic
year (22/23):
1. Total number of Higher Education students
As of 26 January 2023, we have 333 continuing learners enrolled on
qualifications or courses at level 4 and above - as some individuals may
be studying more than one qualification or course (for example an
apprenticeship programme), the actual count of enrolments is slightly
higher than the learner headcount - there are 411 enrolments.
2. A break down (by validating partner) of how many students are
registered with each partner or are studying a franchised or validated
course with each partner.
The 411 enrolments can be classified according to the awarding
organisation or HE partner for each learning aim - in some cases no direct
awarding body or partner can be identified because the learning aim is
generic - this will be the case for apprenticeship programmes in general
(although not always for all components within the programme) - in these
circumstances enrolments will be grouped under 'Generic award - no
awarding body'.

A count of distinct offerings at level 4 and above, with continuing
enrolments on 26 January 2023, is 84. As it may be more helpful to exclude
component aims within programmes, a more accurate figure would be 63
higher education courses - this includes standalone HE provision as well
as HE apprenticeships.
