box, to obtain the relevant Fire Risk Assessment (FRA).
Exemption
For this part of your request, I am applying exemption Section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. Section 21 exempts disclosure of
information that is reasonably accessible by other means. This is an
‘absolute’ exemption, which means I do not have to consider whether or not
it would be in the public interest for you to have the information.
This letter, therefore, serves as a Refusal Notice in accordance with
Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
