The High Intensity Network organisation (https://highintensitynetwork.org) has publicly identified your trust as a provider of the Serenity Integrated Model (SIM) for patients with high-intensity crisis use.

I am therefore seeking any and all information (including related correspondence, documentation or other supporting data that is eligible for disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act) held relating to the following:

a) Business cases submitted to support the introduction of the SIM
b) Any impact assessments conducted (equality impact assessments, quality impact assessments, and any other types undertaken) in support of SIM
c) Any risk assessments conducted prior to the introduction of SIM.
d) Any statistical information relating to evaluations of treatment outcomes for patients treated under SIM.

I am writing regarding your request for information dated 30/05/2021. In
order to identify if we hold the information you requested, we will need
to seek some further clarification from you. 

 

I would be grateful if you could please confirm if “Serenity Integrated
Model” refers to the Serenity Integrated Mentoring Project?  

 

Please provide me with a response by 22/06/2021. Once we have received the
further clarification needed, we will be able to process your request
further. However, please note that in the meantime your request will be
placed on hold.
