High Court Litigation
Dear Department for Communities (Northern Ireland),
Please list how many cases from 2015 to date the Charity Commission have opposed the Attorney General and/or litigants in person in the High Court Of Justice;
How many of these cases were lost or conceded to by CCNI;
How much CCNI have been sued for costs in these cases and;
Whether all costs will be met by the CCNI or DFC, formerly DSD.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Communities (Northern Ireland)'s handling of my FOI request 'High Court Litigation'.
You state, "The Department does not hold the information you requested. Such information is an operational matter for the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, therefore you should in the first instance address your query to the commission." I am content to accept this answer if you confirm that the Commission and its accounting officer has not informed the department pursuant to the MSFM which details these matters.
