I refer to your Freedom of Information request detailed below.

As you may be aware, St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Forest Heath
District Council are working together under the banner West Suffolk to
provide shared services across the boundaries of both authorities. This
response is sent on behalf of the West Suffolk Councils.

Response:

Please see documents attached.

Please note the comments below regarding the figures provided for the
relevant questions:

2. This is the number of cases where a summons was issued in respect of
the listed hearing date.

3. This is the total of the justice costs transactions initially raised in
the system. We cannot take into account any costs subsequently withdrawn
or written off by hearing date as these transactions cannot be broken down
by hearing date. It’s also not possible to confirm the amount of these
justice costs that have actually been paid as payment allocation does not
account for these separately to the main summons costs.

4. This information isn’t held in the Council Tax system.

5. These are the number of cases where a Liability Order was set as
granted in the system.

6. This is the total amount of cost transactions raised in the system by
hearing date. It does not take into account any costs that have
subsequently been withdrawn or written off.

7. This information is not held in the Council Tax system.

8. These are the number of cases where the Liability Order was granted in
respect of an account where the lead liable name includes Ltd or Limited.
