High Conflict Practice Pathway

We're waiting for R. Harrison to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

Sarah Parsons has recently issued invites to people and organisations outside of Cafcass to attend a meeting with her and other Cafcass employees on Wednesday 4th April 2018 between 2pm-3pm at the Cafcass offices in 21 Bloomsbury Offices, London.

Please provide a list of invited people and organisations.

The invite that I have seen makes reference to this being an invite specifically for the ‘academics and therapists group'. Please provide a list of other group names being used and provide a list of invitees for each of these groups too.

Yours faithfully,

R. Harrison

Interesting.
I'd like to see the outcome of this.
We must not forget that high conflict isn't just a matter that may be between father and mother, but that also of the parent(s) and organisations such as Cafcass and persons such as social workers linked to Cafcass. A way to resolve this matter is simply use another viable alternative and one that may be seen as a huge step forward, and that being NYAS being instructed by the Court.
It would be grossly wrong for Cafcass not to admit that it has caused unnecessary conflict in many cases over the years and not that it is just the parents that are to be blamed for such.

So that the meeting will be presented and heard on an equal basis and looking at every possible angle of conflict, I feel that service users, former or present, should be able to attend this. I therefore respectfully ask that I am invited.
Mr Douglas knows that I can be well behaved as he has had first hand experience of me in person at Westminster a few years back.
