Hidden evidence
Dear Police Service of Northern Ireland,
It is apparent that evidence has been hidden by the investigating officer in Portadown, Constable Sinton, when dealing with matters at Edenderry Fold, Portadown. He refused to provide said information to the PSNI Ombudsman.
I would request the following
On 17th September 2022. I provided him with part of my SAR where is was obvious that the Scheme Coordinator had been "phishing" in my financial affairs. Nothing was done. He also stated that Constable Shaw did not suggest that PSNI, Radius and I work this out informally. I hope that Constable Shaw will swear to that in court.
On 26th January 2022, he took the transcript of the interview after I was arrested. There are only 7 pages of the 11 pages available. Where are the rest.
Yours faithfully,
Tina Irving
