Further to my email below regarding your Freedom of Information request,
which was received on 10 January, from our assessment, it is clear that we
will not be able to answer your request without further clarification.
The County Council requires further information in order to identify and
locate the information you have asked for. In particular, it would be
useful if you could provide some clarification with regards to the
following:
· Where you refer to the last 5 years, please will you specify which
academic years these relate to (eg, 2015-16; 2014-15, etc).
Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request. If I do not receive clarification within two months your
request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the

Dear Children's Services Freedom of Information requests,
Thank you for your response dated 04/04/2017.
I ask for the last 5 years worth of HIAS reports on Mill Chase School/Academy. You questioned this request, and I clarified and confirmed, the academic years. On receipt of the reports that have been submitted, these are only for years 2012 & 2013. Therefore my request is still outstanding, for the further years of 2014, 2015 & 2016.
It is Understood as you stated that Mill Chase became an academy in November 2016, and no longer the responsibility of the Local Authority, please could you provide me with proof of this?
And finally, I believe the redacted information of the reports already provided, are not exempt under s40 Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), therefore I also request the redacted information. I requested an Internal review, for this request, as the Local Authority breeched the deadline to provide the requested information, I believe that this timescale from the request of the internal review, is near completion, therefore I have contacted the Information Commissions Officer, for further advice.
