Dear Mr Francis,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8336219

Thank you for your request for information received on 23 January 2019, in
which you asked for the following:

Please provide notes from the 23/10/18 phone-call between David Alton (ADA
Architects) and Valerie Okeiyi, as per the 23/10/18 (12:53) email from
David Alton to Valerie Okeiyi, where he writes: "Further to our telephone
conversation, can you please advise if we could enter into a PPA at this
point and what the cost would be."

If there was no attendance note taken of the phone-call, please provide a
description of the content of the phone-call.

My response is as follows:

There are no notes taken from the telephone conversation.

An FOI only requires disclosure of anything in writing and not verbal
discussions.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback
and Information Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of
this response.)

Yours sincerely,
