Dear Mr Rizz,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8298719
Thank you for your request for information received on 23 January 2019 (3
emails in total), in which you asked for the following:
o What is the content of the Council planning officers' reply to the
HGY/2018/1582 Applicant's revisions to HGY/2018/1582 (revisions which
were emailed to the Council on 26/11/18), as per Valerie Okeiyi's
12/12/18 email reading: "We will have an internal meeting to discuss
the revised plans early next week, I will contact you following the
meeting with feedback".
o Please provide notes from the 23/10/18 phone-call between David Alton
(ADA Architects) and Valerie Okeiyi, as per the 23/10/18 (12:53) email
from David Alton to Valerie Okeiyi, where he writes: "Further to our
telephone conversation, can you please advise if we could enter into a
PPA at this point and what the cost would be."
o Re planning application HGY/2018/1582, please disclose copies of all
email attachments included in the 26/11/18 (18:18) email with subject
"RE: 399 - 401 High Road Tottenham (design)", sent from David Alton
via ADA Architects <[1][email address]>, to Valerie Okeiyi,
Richard Truscott, John McRory, Avi Dodi, Angelique Glata, Elizabeth
Moore, et al.
My response is as follows:
o There has been no meeting between officers as yet. This will take
place at some point in the future. The proposal is still under officer
consideration.
o There are no notes or any other written record of the telephone
conversation between officers and the applicants agent.
o The attachments included on the email dated 26 November 2018 are
attached to this response.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [2]Feedback
and Information Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of
this response.)
Yours sincerely,
Emma Williamson
