Dear Doncaster Borough Council,

I understand that you've recently completed a road scheme called 'Herton Way 2 Way Scheme'. I'm interested in finding more information on what this scheme was about, and how it was funded.

Please could you provide me with:
1) The budget for the scheme and a breakdown of the sources of that funding.
2) A scheme brief that sets out the objectives of the scheme. This will likely have been produced at an early stage of the scheme and used by your highways engineers to design the scheme.
3) The road safety audits carried out on the scheme, stage 1,2 and 3, along with any appendices.
4) The 'as built' or 'for construction' signing and lining drawings for the scheme so that I can understand the layout changes. If there are other more appropriate drawings that would help me understand the scheme that would be more appropriate then those would be fine.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I don't know why i didnt receive the previous reply.

Please could you check that all the attachments are present? I only received the general arrangement drawing and your PDF letter reply, your letter says that there should also be a road safety audit and a scheme brief attached but I've not received these.
