Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

What is the definition that Dept of Health use for herd immunity?
What level of vaccinated percentage of population is sufficient to achieve herd immunity?
What level of vaccinated percentage of population is the target that Dept of Health sets to b e reached and has this chagned over the last year?
What level of the population needs to have antibodies to achieve herd immunity sufficient to satisfy the Dept of Health? ONS appears to state we are already over 90%

Perhaps you did not understand the question as your answer makes no sense. I quoted the previous questionsto you - not was reasking them that is why they were in quotation marks. However i amy have confused you by cldsing the quotation makes after the new questiosn rather than before.
The new questions were
1. Have the department ever considered herd immunity, and if so when?
2. What policy is the department actually pursuing?”
The second is 100% different question, the first asking if you have ever considered herd immunity as a department which was not asked before.
It is difficult to see how anyone who had read those questions could pretend that 14.2 was applicable
"We received a request for the same information on 11 August 2021, to which we issued a
response on 28 September 2021 (ref: FOI-1353882). A copy of that response has been
enclosed for your reference, and we therefore consider that this a repeat request under
Section 14(2)."
You also missed answering this question for the second time, please address this question, i will now label it 3.
3. "What level of vaccinated percentage of population is the target that Dept of Health sets to be
reached and has this changed over the last year?"

Please answer the legitimate questions to which 14.2 does not apply and if you refuse please send consider this an internal review request on these 2 NEW questions and the answer you appear to refuse to address twice.
