Dear Public Health England,

I am writing to request the documents associated with patients who have been successful in clearing Hepatitis C. The documents to which I am most interested in are what are the national policy for this cohorts of patient's, in regards to their follow up & monitoring of the status of their Liver damage ie; how many Ultrasounds are recommended, how any Fibroscans & how often their relevant Liver profile blood tests are taken.

Yours faithfully,

S Carroll
