Hep C Register Questions

Dear Public Health England,

Under FOI, I am requesting the following information:

a) Please supply a list showing the top 10 most common causes of death amongst those who were enrolled on the Hepatitis C national register, were thought to have been infected with Hepatitis C via Blood Transfusion and have now died. For each cause of death amongst those infected with Hep C via blood transfusion, please state how many people have died with that cause of death listed.
