Henriques Reviews Lord Janner Implications MacPherson Inquiry and IICSA

Crown Prosecution Service did not have the information requested.

Dear Crown Prosecution Service,

In your brief to Judge Henriques did you include the nil action decision Janner took about holocaust denial lectures to pan European private military cadet units at the Kent War and Peace Show 1999. This is my FOI question

As you know (Stephen Lawrence case) Kent Police Authority in 1997 called for inquiry and report into a range of paramilitary and terrorism matters. This call for inquiry was kept from the knowledge of MacPherson Inquiry. As you know eventually manifesting as your current concern about failures to disclose adverse facts to defences at 1996 Lawrence private and 2012 CPS prosecutions in Stephen Lawrence case. (Det sgt Davidson 1995 disciplinary)

The Kent based private military cadets who Kent Police Inquiry called for inquiry about in 1997. One of their leaders using a false Army Record had worked for Reliance Security at Deal Royal Marines Barracks in 1989 the year terrorist bomb killed 11 Royal Marines there.

In spite of concerns expressed by Chief constable RUC the Home Secretary Jack Straw suppressed the KPA call for inquiry. Later in 1999 the holocaust denial lecture activity came under complaint to Lord JANNER. But he did not put it to his parliamentary cttee. He nil actioned.

Why did JANNER nil action a complaint related to a terrorist multiple murder and bodyguard company which should have been investigated whether it was source of moonlight work on police time to the Lawrence case officer ? Why did JANNER nil action complaint against a private uniformed youth group ? Known in Kent as "Hitler Youth". Was the group part of Wiking Jugend ?

So my FOI is did you include in Judge Henriques brief this part of JANNER history ?

Yours faithfully,

Richard Card

Dear Freedom of Information Unit,

I think you are incorrect re Deal Barracks security and 1989 terrorist bombing.

CPS are supposed to be holding the information against the possibility of a prosecution case being presented.

So I will ask for a review. You should hold a record re not taking the nil prosecution decision Unlawful Drilling Act 1819 in 1987 re arrests of 21 Kent TA men for paramilitary collusion activity. This would be part of the adverse disclosure information CPS should have on file against possibility of charges being brought for Deal Barracks bombing.

Yours sincerely,
