Department for Work and Pensions did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

As the Help To Work Scheme is starting in April 2014, could I please have all internal guidance for this scheme given to job centre advisers and job centre managers (including the guidance for all the schemes within this scheme eg. Community Work Placements).

Citing S35 at this late stage seems (ie when the scheme starts in April 2014) unreasonable. Surely the actual Government Policy will have been agreed by now and the DWP in implementation mode. You might want to consider submitting and IRR to the DWP and then a complaint to the Information Commissioner if the DWP still refuses.

The DWP should have documented the public interest it carried out so you might consider asking the DWP to provide that information.
