Dear Mr Fisher
Thank you for your email regarding help points.
Please find attached our latest spreadsheet which contains details of

Other stations will have help points added as part of the routine station

Thank you for your reply as it is very much appreciated
However I am unhappy about this reply as appears to be using out of date information and as a regular traveller on the underground the details are quite evident
You will recall my request was for help point details as of 9th May not some point in the past as information appears to relate to
There are several stations that now have help points but are not included or have different physical locations to those indicated
Examples of ones installed but not indicated are Uxbridge Finchley Road Preston Road and Watford
Examples of different locations as Ruislip Manor North Harrow and Sudbury Town have ones installed on the platform
Can you please arrange to supply correct information as soon as practically possible
Yours sincerely,
Steve Fisher
FOI request
Thank you for your reply as it is very much appreciated
However as I use the system a great deal it is noticeable that there are several queries with the spreadsheet as it would appear to be out of date
You will recall my request was for help point details as of 9th May not some point in the past as this information appears to be
There are several stations that now have them but not shown on the spreadsheet or have different physical locations to those indicated
Examples of ones installed but not indicated are Uxbridge Finchley Road Preston Road and Watford
Examples of different locations as Ruislip Manor North Harrow and Sudbury Town have ones installed on the platform
Other examples of incorrect info Uxbridge has two cash machines and 4 pay phones Ruislip and South Ruislip both have a pay phone Greenford no longer has a car park and Heathrow Terminal 4 has a visual display in it’s Ticket Hall
This has nothing to do with my FOI request but hope it will be looked upon in a favourable manner as part of LU'S overall customer care
Can you please arrange to supply correct information as soon as practically possible
Yours sincerely,
Steve Fisher

Dear Mr Fisher
Subject: Outcome of internal review
The internal review of Transport for London's (TfL) response to your
Freedom of Information request has been completed. The review was carried
out by a Review Panel (`the Panel') consisting of individuals who were not
involved in the handling of your request.
The Panel considered the correspondence associated with your request and
noted that there was no reason why a response was not provided to your
request within 20 working days. On behalf of TfL please accept my
apologies for the delay in the response.
In terms of whether the spreadsheet with which you were provided was
up-to-date, the Panel asked the business area that supplied the
spreadsheet whether a more up-to-date spreadsheet existed. The Panel was
informed that the spreadsheet sent to you was the most up-to-date version
held at the time of your request. Though the Panel noted your concerns
that the information provided was not accurate up to the date you made
your request, the Panel wished to stress that under the Freedom of
Information Act TfL is obliged to provide the information held at the time
the request is made and there is no requirement to update existing
information to satisfy a request. As TfL has supplied the information held
in relation to your request no further action will be taken.
Since you submitted your request a more up-to-date spreadsheet has been
produced and this is attached to this e-mail. Any concerns with regard to
the accuracy of the information should be addressed to London Underground
Customer Services.
I hope this information is of assistance. If you are dissatisfied with the
outcome of this internal review, you can refer the matter to the
independent authority responsible for enforcing the Freedom of Information
Act at the following address.
Information Commissioner's Office
Wycliffe House
Water Lane

A complaint form is available on the ICO's website (www.ico.gov.uk).
