Help points and Blue badge car park spaces on underground stations
Dear Transport for London,
Please accept this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Could you please supply the most up-to-date list of stations that have the help point information system, (blue badge) car park spaces installed in them?
If the list could also include DLR stations, it will be greatly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Sharon C

Our ref: FOI-1030-1920
Thank you for your request received on 7 July 2019 asking for information.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately, from the description provided, we are unable to identify
the information you require.
You have asked for ‘the most up-to-date list of stations that have the
help point information system, (blue badge) car park spaces installed in
them’.
The help point information system allows passengers on platforms to speak
to staff. We are unclear how this relates to blue badges or car park
spaces, and therefore we do not know what information you require.
To enable us to assist with your request, please provide a more detailed
description of the information you’re seeking together with any other
details you think might help us locate the information you require.
Please note that the 20 working day deadline for responding to your
request will depend on when we receive satisfactory additional
information to help clarify your request.
If we hear nothing further from you by 30 July 2019 we will consider this
request closed.
Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,
Thank you for your reply.
I am interested in understanding how accessible every London underground station is.
I believe help points and car park availability are two separate measures used to understand how London underground provide convenience to its users.
I would like to access three separate lists, which are:
1. a list of stations which have help point information system;
2. a list of stations which have car park spaces available
2. a list of stations which have blue badge car park spaces available.
Yours sincerely,
Sharon Chang
