Heaton Park Golf Course franchise operator meetings

Manchester City Council did not have the information requested.

Heaton Park Golf Club

Dear Manchester City Council,
I refer to the decision to withdraw the 7-day season ticket for golfers at the Heaton Park Golf Course in March 2001. People were told at the time that the decision was taken by the council, not the franchise operator, Playgolf. The Head of Leisure at the time, Jim Byrne confirmed this. However, although the council made the decision, we would like to know what the basis was for this decision, who recommended it and how was it justified?

Yours faithfully,

Heaton Park Golf Club
