Dear Sir / Madam
Environmental Information Regulations 2004
I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lambeth Council. I have detailed
below the information that is being released to you.
Your Request
How are the charges for heating & hot water calculated for leaseholders on
Wellington Mills Estate?
Our Response
The cost of the gas charges to the boiler are apportioned to the property using rateable
value using the formula:
Block cost / Block Rateable value X property rateable value.
The property cost is then apportioned by percentage to give a heating and hot water
cost.
