Further to your request received on 11/10/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

"Please detail the progress in the provision of an hmo license at
Heathfield House."

Whilst the Council has been contacted in relation to a mandatory houses in
multiple occupation licence, an application has not been received.
