Dear [Name Removed],

Heath Old Church, Derbyshire

Thank you for your email of the 24 December in which you requested
information held by English Heritage on Heath Old Church including the
owner of the land and a drawing of the building.

The remains of the church were listed back in January 1967.  Unfortunately
English Heritage only holds listing files from April 2005; listing files
prior to this date are held by the Department for Culture Media and Sport
(DCMS).  I believe that DCMS only keep listing files for 15 years and so
the files for Heath Old Church may no longer survive.  If you would like
to contact the Department's Freedom of Information team they will be able
to confirm whether or not they hold any information about the building.
Their email address is [1][email address].

For information I have attached a copy of the List entry to this email.

The English Heritage public archive may hold information (such as historic
photographs) about the site.  You can request a free search of the archive
