Further to your email below, I can confirm that the service is FULLY commissioned for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and PARTIALLY commissioned (as in only 1 out of 3 CCGS areas) for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
