Dear PUBLICATIONSCHEMEOFFICER (BLACKPOOL TEACHING HOSPITALS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Hello. I’ve received an email informing me that you haven’t responded within the normal time frame… but you have done. Thank you for this.

I did however follow-up on your original response asking for the Covid-19 vaccination status of the 603 patients referred in 2021 and 104 patients referred in 2022. I’d like to clarify that this request is still open with you (you did respond to say that it was, but I thought it best to check). Could the ‘delayed response’ email be regarding this additional information? If so, I don’t believe you have exceeded the normal time frame.

Thanks again for all your help.

Yours sincerely,

R Thompson

Good afternoon Mr Thompson

Based on the new figures provided for FOI/05039 I am writing to confirm if you would like to proceed with the request regarding vaccination status.

If no response is received in 30 days I will presume based on the new figures you no longer want to proceed and your request will be closed however I would appreciate if you could let me know.

Many Thanks Leanne

Dear PUBLICATIONSCHEMEOFFICER (BLACKPOOL TEACHING HOSPITALS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST), Hello. I was disappointed with your response and have since looked into the systems that you use to record this information. My understanding is that to retrieve and provide the COVID-19 vaccination status of these patients is a straightforward process… and I can’t see why you would be concerned about providing inaccurate information. As a result of this, I’m unhappy with your response and would like to request an internal review on the matter.

Thanks again for your help

Yours sincerely,

R Thompson
