Please can you supply me with the following under the Freedom of Information Act:
1) Details of types of hearing assistance systems available in Leeds County Court including whether they are fixed or portable. If some systems are fixed and some are portable, please supply details of which chambers and hearing rooms require which systems.
2) Copies of all policies and procedures for staff and members of the public relating to requesting access including which staff should respond to the person making the request, timescales and who is responsible for provision when the user arrives at the court.
3) Copies of any guidance or policies for staff in terms of ensuring the user knows how to connect hearing assistance equipment to their hearing aids or cochlear implants.
3) Copies of all policies and procedures for staff for maintaining and ensuring any battery powered units are charged and ready for use.
