Healthy Route / Streetspace Rosendale Road SE21 (Nee Quietway 7) south of Turney Road junction

Mr Godfrey made this Freedom of Information request to Transport for London

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

Healthy Route / Streetspace Rosendale Road SE21 (Nee Quietway 7) south of Turney Road junction

When Lambeth Council submitted its funding request last year:
1. I assume it included a number of key performance indicators (KPI), targets, goals or similar that would result from the implementation of this project. What were they please?
2. Did you add any KPI’s targets, goals or similar when you granted them funding?
3. As part of this funding the schemes funded have to be reviewed after implantation (per central government source of funding). What criteria, scope and similar will make up this review?

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Godfrey

Dear Mr Godfrey

TfL Ref: FOI-2506-2021

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6
March 2021, asking for information about a Streetspace scheme in Lambeth.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access
policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You
asked:

 1. I assume it included a number of key performance indicators (KPI),
targets, goals or similar that would result from the implementation of
this project.  What were they please?

Each bid was assessed against three key criteria; deliverability of the
route, how the route aligned against the Temporary Strategic Cycling
Analysis and the benefit and value of the scheme.

 2. Did you add any KPI’s targets, goals or similar when you granted them
funding?

TfL requires all boroughs to supply target dates of when designs would be
ready for approval and when construction would start.

 3. As part of this funding the schemes funded have to be reviewed after
implantation (per central government source of funding).  What
criteria, scope and similar will make up this review?

Please see the interim monitoring guidance for boroughs available at the
following link:

If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully
about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering
FOI/EIR requests will require the use of limited resources and the
attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where
requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by
the current situation.
