Healthcare Recruitment in Prisons
Dear Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust,
Question 1
Please can you confirm what your total spend on agency staff used in prisons was during the financial year 2018-19?
Can you please break this financial information down by specialism:
• Nurses
• GPs
• Healthcare Assistants
• Pharmacists
• Prison Officers
• Counsellors
Question 2
Please can you confirm the names of the organisation/s you procure temporary professionals for these roles from?
To provide additional clarity on my request, ‘temporary Professionals’ is to mean all persons who are working within a prison and are not on permanent contracts of employment with the Prison, but are supplied via employment agencies.
Yours faithfully,
Eric Boahene
