What is the name, job title, and department contact email address of the primary decision maker for change control of the bed state process?

How many Urgent Care/Emergency Department staff have access to the spine lookup and validation service to verify demographics at the point of patient registration?

MEHT do not currently report against Referral To Treatment standards, as agreed with NHS England / Improvement, therefore it is not possible to respond to this request.
2.How many more permanent or temporary staff are expected to be needed over the next 12 months?

4. How many staff do you currently employ to undertake clinical coding validation tasks? The Trust has 0.8 WTE qualified Clinical Coding Auditor
5. How many more permanent or temporary staff are expected to be needed over the next 12 months? The Trust is expecting to need an additional 3 to 4 Clinical Coding staff in the next 12 months.
6. Do you operate and utilise a live bed state system? Yes
7. Has your organisation implemented any centralised or 24 hour bed management process, or have an automatic electronic utilisation data capture solution. Yes
8. If so, which processes or solutions are in use? Teletracking
