I am writing regarding your request for information, which was received on
19 August 2012 pertaining to health visitors.
1. Health Visitor caseload numbers of children for

From the information held by NHS Cumbria, health visitors have been
assigned to departments such as Carlisle Health Visitors or Allerdale
Health Visitors. None of the health visitor roles involved the areas of
work described above in this request.

I am writing regarding your request for information, which was received on
19 August 2012 pertaining to Nurse Practitioners.
For the years 2006-2012 can you state for each year the numbers of
Specialist Health Visitors (Public Health Nurse Practitioners) AfC grade 7
working in the following areas
1. Haemoglobinopathies 2. Children with Special Needs 3. Homeless and
Homeless Families 4. Gypsies and Travellors 5. Asylum Seekers and Refugees
6. Community Development 7. Hospital Paediatric Liaison.
NHS Cumbria is a commissioning organisation and does not employ Health
Visitors.
From the information held by NHS Cumbria, we can only see that health
visitors have been assigned to departments such as Carlisle Health
Visitors or Allerdale Health Visitors and not which areas of work they are
involved with.
