1. The number of Health and Care Worker visa sponsors reported or referred to the Home Office criminal investigations team, broken down by year
2. The number of investigations of Health and Care Worker visa sponsors undertaken by the criminal investigations team, broken down by year
3. The number of enforcement actions undertaken following aforementioned investigations, broken down by year

If data is unavailable for the exact period above, any reasonable alternative time period between 2021 and present would be suitable.

In the event that you determine some of the information I have requested to be exempt from disclosure, please redact exempt information with black boxes, instead of snipping or excerpting, and please state which category of exemption you believe applies to the information.
