following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

“Information about the headteacher/principal’s annual salary, travel
expenses (including flights and accommodation), bonuses and a line by line
list of all and any expenses occurred by the headteacher/principal of your
school.

Please provide the data from the 1st January 2022 - 31st December 2022 and
the 1st January 2023 - present.

I look forward to receiving your response within a maximum of 20 days as
required under the freedom of information act.

Please handle this FOI in accordance with the Freedom of information act.”

We will not be supplying the information under the exemption set out in
Section 40(2) of the Act and the UK GDPR, which applies to information
concerning personal data, the definition being as follows: -

“personal data means any information relating to an identified or
identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural
person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular
by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number,
location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to
the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social
identity or social identity of that natural person.”
