Dear Homes for Haringey,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Homes for Haringey's handling of my FOI request 'HDV email correspondence 2016-2017'.
Please note that we have not attached emails but have listed the
information contained within in them. This is for two reasons:
The grounds of the review are that the simple presence of personal data does not provide grounds for withholding all the emails - the names should be redacted and the emails released.
Secondly, with regards to electronic archiving, anyone with access to basic IT skills and microsoft outlook manuals can access archived emails. An IT officer with administrator access would be able to access the information.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...
Yours faithfully,
