Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please provide me with details of the training materials used by HCP's at Atos in assessing claimants with rare diseases, in particular: Hypopituitarism and all attendant complications/conditions such as, but not limited to, adrenal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, growth hormone deficient, hormone deficiencies or lack of.
Can you also provide me with the details of the training materials used in assessing with the following diseases/conditions:
* Pituitary Disorders
