Dear Southwark Borough Council,

It has been reported in the press that Southwark have 229 properties that are in group A to C in the Hazards categorised in line with the government’s housing health and safety rating system introduced as part of the Housing Act 2004.

Under the Freedom of information Act. Please provide a Full list of those properties that are in Categoryies A to C including the following information;
1. the Its full address.
2.Home many residents.
3. How many leaseholder.
4. Group Letter categorised in line with the Housing Act 2004.
5. Has any step been taken to correct this and is so what and if not why not.
6. The time table to deal with the above.
