Hate Crime Announcement
Dear National Police Chiefs Council,
I followed with interest your reporting on the rise in Hate Crimes today outlined on your website (Hate crime undermines the diversity and tolerance we should instead be celebrating.

Please can you confirm, in the interests of transparency the following:
Were all these reports just via your online reporting tool True Vision or what percentage?
What percentage of the T.V. reports between June 16 - 30 2016 were anonymous or used names that might indicate they were using pseudonyms?
Please also give an indication (if you can - rough if that is required) of the amount of money the NPCC spent on it's awareness campaigns across social media asking people to come forward if they have experienced negativity from June 23rd until today July 8th).
