Has the National Insurance Act 2015 been revised since then?

Department for Work and Pensions did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I note that the National Insurance Act clearly states "Money kept in the NIF is separate from all other revenue raised by national taxes. The NIF is used exclusively to pay for contributory benefits"
Has this act been revised?

Yours faithfully,

Trudy Baddams
