Response:

Forth Valley Division of Police Scotland can advise you no information is
held. Under Section 3(2) of FOISA we do not hold the information from a
department of the government and CPNI is a government department  and any
information would have been provided in confidence.  

The Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) is the
government authority that provides protective physical, personnel and
information security advice to the national infrastructure. By way of

As of 1 April 2013, the Police Service of Scotland (PSoS) came into
existence and all requests made to individual Forces, (for this
request Central Scotland Police) pre 1 April 2013 become the

area and if you made a similar request to another previous Force area, you
will receive a separate response in this regard.
