Has permission been given for the 'eco park' sign?
Dear Surrey County Council,
Recently a large green sign has been erected outside Charlton Lane Community Recycling Centre, Shepperton, which bears the words "eco park" on it.
Would you please inform me who owns the land on which the sign is built?
In addition, kindly let me know if planning permission has been granted for the sign, when the permission was given, by which authority, and its reference number.
Many thanks,
Yours faithfully,
Malcolm Robertson
