Has hopitalisation from influenza decreased or increased since mass vaccination for Influenza began in 2013 ?

We're waiting for Beverly Gilhooley to read a recent response and update the status.

In order to find out if hospitalisation due to Influenza decreased or increased since the mass vaccination programme for Influenza in 2013; I would like to see the percentages or numbers of hospitalisation due to Influenza from 2003 to 2017, across England and Scotland.
