Dear Information Governance,

You have not provided the following information
Communications between HCC Councillors and Officers and the Harpenden Society and/or Harpenden Parents Group e.g. emails and posted letters concerning schools, school provisioning and sites for school provision.
Also we would like to know the dates and purposes for the meetings between the County Councillors and County Officers and the Harpenden Society and/or Harpenden Parents Group

Yours sincerely,

Information Governance, Hertfordshire County Council

Dear Right School Right Place,
Your original request was for:
Which County Officers and County Councillors have attended meetings with
the Harpenden Society and/or Harpenden Parents Group between 2011 to
present?

On 24th October you sent a reply to our clarification on the topic of the meetings you were seeking:

"Any meetings and communications concerning schools, school provisioning and sites for school provision".

We therefore presumed you were defining the meetings not seeking additional information to that already requested. My apologies for this misunderstanding.

We will process your further request for the minutes of the meetings and content of any communications and the further request made today for the dates and purpose of the meetings. With the new reference of FOI/CSF/11/13/6383 and we will respond by 20th December 2013 at the latest.

Please note that the County Council has received several requests from you all of which on clarification have been on the topic of secondary school provision in Harpenden. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and its associated regulations allow us to aggregate the work required to meet requests from the same person or group on the same topic where the requests have been received over a 60 day period. Where this exceeds the limit of 18 hours required of a public authority under FOIA or the similar test of manifestly unreasonable contained within the Environmental information Regulations we are not required to undertake further work
We will therefore take account of time spent on your previous requests when dealing with this request.
Further information can be found on the Information Commissioner's website:

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, quoting the reference number on this email.
