Dear Nottingham City Council,

With regard to the contract awarded to Harold Tinworth as detailed in Portfolio Decision 738, recently subject to call-in, the contract was awarded for £30,000 yet the cost in the quotation was for £21,820.50.

This is an apparent increase of over £8k. Please explain this difference/increase and provide details of what it is to be spent on, over and above the spending detailed in the quote.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Platt
