Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act :-

(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within your councils area; and

(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property
referred to in (a) is licensed to hold

(b) the last actual registered number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) holds

(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was last licensed and how many years for

(d) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a)

(e) the correspondence addressees of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a)

Please can I also request for you to provide this in an excel document format.

My response is as follows:

 

Please see attached document.

There are two tabs within this both contain the list of Licensed property
within our borough, the reason for the two tabs is that we have changed
our IT system for issuing licenses and the new system provides the data in
a different format. For ease of viewing I have but into two tabs. Both
tabs contain the data you require and are labelled accordingly.

 

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Corporate
Feedback Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response)
