We are dealing with your request but needs more time to consider your
request before fully responding to you.

 

Section 10(3) of the Freedom of Information Act enables an authority to
extend the 20 working day limit up to a ‘reasonable’ time in any case
where;

 

•          it requires more time to determine whether or not the balance
of the public interest lies in maintaining an exemption; or

 

•          it needs further time to consider whether it would be in the
public interest to confirm or deny whether the information is held.

Thank you for your request for information received on 11 April 2017, in
which you asked for the following information:

 

What Risk Assessment had been undertaken in regard to the proposed
transfer of council property and land to the Haringey Development Vehicle.
Please provide a copy of the conclusions of that assessment.  Please
provide copies of all reports to elected members in this respect and
indicate at which committee this was considered.  Please provide a copy of
that committee/s minutes.
