What Risk Assessment had been undertaken in regard to the proposed transfer of council property and land to the Haringey Development Vehicle. Please provide a copy of the conclusions of that assessment. Please provide copies of all reports to elected members in this respect and indicate at which committee this was considered. Please provide a copy of that committee/s minutes.
