Haringey Council's Social Media Policy for Employees - Current & earlier versions & Guidance

The request was partially successful.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Can you please supply me with a copy - in easily readable electronic format if possible - of Haringey's Social Media Policy for employees: version 1 December 2009; version 2 January 2012; Version 3 March 2014.

Can you please tell me who in the Council has responsibility for (a) formulating; (b) updating and (c) approving the policy and its different versions.

Please include any rules and guidance given to members of staff on how to engage with members of the public and organisations via social media.

I've searched the Council's publicly available website before making this request but not been able to find this policy and its different versions. (I'm told it may be posted on Haringey's private staff intranet .) My apologies for taking up your time if I have not searched well enough. However if it is not on the Council's public website, could you please tell me the reasons why this is the case? And may I make the suggestion that it is made publicly available.

Thank you in advance for your help.
