Hardwicke barristers - Sarah Clarke and Oliver Hyams

The request was successful.

Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

On how many occasions has Maidstone Borough Council instructed Hardwicke barristers Sarah Clarke and Oliver Hyams either directly or indirectly since your inception or for all periods you hold records for and in particulate 2018/2019.

If they are instructed indirectly, please confirm who receives the client care letter from the barrister the Council or your agent.

Please name all council agents with the authority granted by Maidstone Borough Council to instruct barristers on behalf of the council and provide a copy of this arrangement.

Please list the sums of money paid to each barrister and the dates they were paid, if they are instructed indirectly your agent will hold this information for you and please list next to each payment what the cases were in relation to for example council tax enforcement, charging orders, bankruptcy or any other type of case etc.

If you have instructed any other barristers from Hardwicke please also provide their names and details.

Yours faithfully,

Deb Williams
