Dear Mr Collins

TfL Ref:          FOI-1337-1112

Thank you for your e-mail received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4
January 2012 asking for all correspondence containing information
regarding the breakdown of the heating systems on the Hammersmith Flyover.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately TfL does not hold the information you have requested. The
heating system became defective a long time before TfL took on
responsibility for the Flyover in 2000. Any correspondence on the heating
system would be held by the Highway Authority responsible for the Flyover
at that time. You may wish to contact the London Borough of Hammersmith
and Fulham who may be able to assist you further with your query. Contact
details for the Borough can be found on their website:

Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on
this occasion.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal.

Yours sincerely
